平置きしてもムックリと立ち上がって畳めません。
これは立体感を出すため、前見ごろと後ろ見ごろの大きさがかなり異なるからです。
コストの面を考えると、製造ラインにはのりにくいデザインです。

脇は大きく美しいカーブでいせ込んで縫い上げています。
いせ込みは細かく並み縫いをしてギャザーを寄せ、そのギャザーが平らになるように
アイロンで押さえつつ、立体的に形を整えながら縫い上げます。
これはテーラーでスーツを仕立てる時に使われる技法です。
裏返してみて、縫い目を見て下さい。
内側は体に当たった時、引っかからず、洗濯を繰り返してもほころびにくい伏せ縫いで仕上げて、強度を高めています。
表裏を逆に着ても、パッとは気づかないほど美しい縫い目なので、袖や裾を折って見えた時とても上品です。

適度なハリがあり、伸びて動きやすい国産のリネンツイルを贅沢に使っています。
５年以上ほとんど毎日着てみて、色落ちや使用感に納得したものです。

中にタートルネックを入れて、冬場にも着て頂けます。
オールシーズン、手放せない一着に仕上がりました。
